Last year my broccoli plants were destroyed by green cabbage worms. Spraying with organic liquids did not help. This year, I put up hoops, some fine netting and the result has been amazing. I haven’t had such nice broccoli since growing the crop in Mansfield. I have given some heads away, eaten a few myself and froze 9 lbs of broccoli so far, with more to come.
